Overview
The BDS 6-inch suspension lift kit for the 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD pairs FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) coil-overs up front with your choice of FOX rear shocks. The aluminum-bodied FOX 2.5 PE coil-overs are engineered for bolt-on performance with increased travel, DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjustment, and improved heat dispersion for demanding on- and off-road terrain. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and includes all components necessary to complete the installation.
Up front, the FOX 2.5 PE coil-overs are paired with high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, and heavy duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height via CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that retain factory tie rod ends and maintain ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, lower control arm cams, FOX reservoir mounts, and a full hardware pack are included. In the rear, heavy duty cast steel lift blocks, a brake line bracket, and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance without affecting load capacity.
