Overview
BDS offers complete coilover conversion upgrade kits for the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD, designed to convert a standard lifted suspension into a coilover system. These kits include heavy-duty brackets and FOX 2.5 Coilovers, and are compatible with existing BDS 4.5-inch and 6.5-inch lift kits for seamless integration. A bolt-on bracket mounts the coilovers to the frame at the factory shock mount location, while a weld-in support gusset reinforces the upper mount. The factory torsion bars are replaced, and both upper and lower control arms are upgraded to accommodate the new coilovers. The tubular performance upper control arms are specially designed by BDS for this system, and the new lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted.
