This configuration pairs FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-overs up front with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks. The FOX 2.5 rear shocks feature a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, and a standard DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels — fully serviceable for a lifetime of use.
Overview
This 2.5-inch suspension lift kit for the Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 (2019–2024) 4WD Diesel is engineered to improve stance, off-road performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit uses top-mounted strut spacers, high-clearance upper control arms, heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and replacement tie rod ends to correct steering geometry at the new ride height while maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware are included for a comprehensive front suspension upgrade. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the factory block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, complemented by new U-bolts and brake line brackets.

Important Notes
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled.
- 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod.
- All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
- 2.7L Turbo models use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
- If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, use part #UBT4064.
