Equipped with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and application-specific valving.
Overview
This 3-inch leveling lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes your choice of FOX shocks along with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, indexed cast steel torsion bar keys, a differential relocation kit to correct CV axle operating angles, and sway bar relocation brackets to maintain proper operating angle. In the rear, a 2-inch block and u-bolt kit creates a level to slightly tail-high stance when unloaded, paired with application-matched FOX rear shocks.
HD Upper Control Arms
The included upper control arms are built for strength, performance, and increased travel. They feature 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. Frame mounting ends use durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation. The opposite end uses a greaseable ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.

Important Notes
- Disassembly/assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires the use of a special unloading tool. The GM specified tool is #CH48809.
- Some minor trimming may be necessary to fit certain wheel/tire combinations. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks and typically consists of trimming the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of the front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires will reduce or eliminate trimming required. Further trimming tips are included at the end of the instruction sheet.
- Stock wheels and stock tires can be installed, but depending upon alignment and tire profile may be tight to the ball joint cup. Wheel spacers may be required to use stock wheels and stock tires.
- Will NOT work with AT4X or ZR2 models — lower control arm profile is different.
- Dually models must select the "2 Inch Block Kit With Overload" option.
