This configuration includes a Block Kit Without Factory Overload for the rear lift and FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks. The FOX 2.0 rear shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving. Note: For DRW models, select the variant with factory overload rear lift option.
Overview
This 6.5-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 coilover conversion is designed for 2020–2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD diesel trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for tires up to 38 inches. It replaces the factory torsion bar system with proprietary FOX 2.5 coilover shocks and upgraded upper and lower control arms to improve strength, travel, and accommodate the new coilovers. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Additional front components include sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, and all required hardware. In the rear, the kit uses replacement lift blocks and precision-tuned rear shocks to lift and level the stance, retaining ride quality and load capacity. A U-bolt flip kit is included for maximum rear clearance.

Important Notes
- Compatible with diesel models ONLY. Works with standard or AT4 diesel models.
- Models with two-piece rear drive shafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit (BDS121612).
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- Disassembly/assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires the use of a special unloading tool. The GM specified tool # is CH48809.
- Factory 17, 18, and 20-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to UCA and tie rod end interference.
- Some minor trim will be required with certain wheel/tire combinations. Trimming will normally include the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of the front bumper valance. Deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires will reduce or eliminate trimming required.
- In some cases, vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs, replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft is recommended.
- For DRW models, use the variant with the factory overload rear lift option.
- WARNING: The coilover coil has a large amount of preload. A coil spring compressor must be used to remove the coil from the coilover. Failure to use a coil spring compressor may result in death or injury.
- Do not increase coilover preload.
