Overview

BDS raises the bar with a 4.5-inch suspension lift kit featuring a FOX 2.5 coil-over conversion for the 2001–2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 33-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are included. In the rear, BDS offers both replacement lift block and full Glide-Ride leaf spring options, along with new u-bolts and precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes

• Torsion bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars
• Some welding required
• Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification
• Traction bars will not fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4" to 8" of lift
• 20" wheels with 5" to 5.75" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming
• Narrow track knuckle will slightly increase turning radius
• For tail-high stance, use #119157 add-a-leaf with the block kit or #069207 with leaf spring kit
• Not recommended for Suburban/Yukon models with AutoTrac Transfer Case
• Does NOT work with rear Autoride-equipped SUVs
