Overview
BDS Suspension's 6.5-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coilover conversion is engineered for the 2001–2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD diesel trucks. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are included for a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, the kit is available with either a replacement lift block or complete Glide-Ride leaf spring option, paired with precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks and new u-bolts.

Important Notes

- Traction bars will not fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4" to 8" of lift
- 20" wheels with 5" to 5.75" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming
- Not recommended for Suburban/Yukon models with AutoTrac Transfer Case
- Does NOT work with rear Autoride equipped SUVs
