Overview

This BDS 6-inch lift kit is designed for 2015–2019 Chevy Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Yukon/XL 1500 4WD models, providing improved stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit leverages BDS's high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.

Up front, the kit includes full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, complemented by sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware.

In the rear, the kit adds Pro-Ride coil springs, anti-sway bar links, a track bar relocation system, adjustable upper control arms for proper pinion angle adjustment, and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks.

Important Notes

*IMPORTANT*: GM is producing several knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014–2017 model trucks. Cast Steel control arm equipped models will require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit. Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm equipped models will require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit. Be sure to verify which factory control arms your truck has before ordering by referencing the help images when customizing your kit. Requires frame bracket modification.

20" wheels with 5" to 5-3/4" backspacing are recommended to reduce trimming. AWD models may require front driveline modification. Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference. Will not work with auto-ride or Magna-ride equipped vehicles.
