Overview
This BDS Suspension 6.5-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover conversion is engineered for 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD diesel trucks. The kit converts the factory torsion bar front suspension to a coilover setup, providing increased travel, improved suspension geometry, and clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers are paired with heavy-duty fabricated upper control arms and fully boxed lower control arms, along with multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles and sway bar links. In the rear, precision-machined lift blocks replace the factory block, retaining ride quality and load capacity, along with a U-bolt flip kit (on 5-inch block configurations) for maximum clearance and available rear shock upgrades.

- Coilovers are preset for diesel engine models only. Use on gas engine models is not recommended, as the coilovers provide too much lift and available preload adjustment is typically insufficient to achieve the desired ride height.
- Dually models will require aftermarket 20" wheels with a maximum tire size of 285/60/20.
