Rear Lift Option: Includes a rear block lift kit for trucks without factory top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. Installs in place of the stock block, retaining ride quality and load capacity, with a U-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance.
Rear Shock Option: Includes FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks — 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving. Clear anodized finish. 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
This 3-inch FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover Conversion kit is designed for 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD diesel trucks (4WD) and includes everything necessary to convert the factory torsion bar front suspension to a coilover setup, with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles, along with sway bar links and all required hardware. In the rear, the kit includes options for replacement lift blocks to lift and level the stance — installing in place of the stock block to retain ride quality and load capacity — along with a U-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance and a choice of FOX rear shocks. This kit is engineered to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.
FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coilovers are bolt-on units built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to help keep shocks running cool in rough terrain. DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjustment comes standard, allowing tuning of both high-speed and low-speed compression damping for on-road control and off-road performance. Adjustment is made via two clearly defined knobs for immediate feedback.
Upper control arms are fabricated from 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded, with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning for additional down travel and camber adjustment. Lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed and internally gusseted. Frame mounting ends use durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation; the opposite ends feature greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and durability. Arms are finished in durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.
