BDS 3 Inch Lift Kit | Dodge Ram 2500 (2003-2013) & 3500 (2003-2012) 4WD Diesel | 3-1/2 Inch Axle | NX2 Nitro Series

Configured for trucks with a 3-1/2 Inch rear axle diameter and includes NX2 Nitro Series shocks front and rear. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 3-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2003–2013 Dodge RAM 2500 and 2003–2012 RAM 3500 4WD diesel-powered trucks. The kit is designed to improve stance, on- and off-road performance, and capability, providing clearance for tires up to 35 inches. Up front, it includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a heavy-duty adjustable track bar, fixed-length tubular upper and lower control arms, fixed-length sway bar links with stud eliminator, and nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy-duty cast steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and a matched set of shocks. Two rear axle diameter options and two shock options are available to suit your specific vehicle configuration.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel and engineered with properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs are designed for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

HD Adjustable Track Bar

The BDS high-strength adjustable track bar allows you to re-center the front axle across a variety of lift heights to maintain proper handling and steering geometry. Built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel stock, the track bar comes pre-assembled with bushings and is ready to bolt into the factory mounting points.

Important Notes

1. Measure the rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4-inch axle models have dual overloads that will require #4063 u-bolts.
2. Rear lift options will not fit dually applications.
3. Not recommended for Power Wagon models.
4. Will not fit commercial chassis (Cab and Chassis) models.
