Overview
This BDS 6-inch Coilover Lift Kit is designed for performance, stance, and strength on the Ram 1500 (2013–2018) and Ram 1500 Classic (2019–2024) 4WD. The system clears up to 37-inch tires and replaces factory components with heavy-duty, high-clearance parts built to handle any terrain. Up front, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers with DSC provide adjustable damping for on- and off-road control, supported by 1/4-inch steel high-clearance crossmembers, HD skid plates, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that maintain proper geometry and ESC compatibility. Out back, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs deliver comfort and control, while relocation brackets correct pinion and axle geometry. Rear shock and lift height options allow configuration to suit your preferred stance and performance level.

Important Notes
- The rack and pinion steering system is extremely sensitive to an out-of-round or out-of-balance tire/wheel combination. As you increase tire diameter and/or decrease wheel backspacing, the system becomes more sensitive and can cause minor steering wheel shimmy.
- Not recommended for AWD models.
- Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with a factory tire.
- Will not fit models equipped with adjustable air suspension.
- This kit will bolt on to Eco-Diesel models but will require an aftermarket front drive shaft.
- TRX models will achieve approximately 1 inch of additional lift. This lift is not recommended for TRX models due to possible CV shaft vibration caused by the additional lift. Consider the 4-inch lift system for approximately 5 inches of lift, or replace TRX struts with standard struts for use with this system.
