BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit | 2009-2013 Ford F150 2WD | w/ NX2 Nitro Series Rear Shocks

Configured with NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish — tuned with vehicle-specific valving for improved ride control.

Overview

This 4-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2009–2013 Ford F150 2WD trucks, improving stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit uses a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry to maintain proper on-road handling.

Up front, the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a steel top mount strut spacer, and a skid plate for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear, high-strength cast steel lift blocks and longer u-bolts lift and level the stance, paired with your choice of rear shocks.

Important Notes

• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch & 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• E-brake bracket required for factory powersteps (part #123018).
• For a level to tail low appearance, use #023415 with Kit #599H.
• Block kits replace factory 1-1/4-inch block.
• Early 2009 models may require brake assembly modification.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit #122406.
• This kit is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
