This configuration retains the factory 2 inch rear blocks combined with new BDS leaf springs to achieve a level stance. Select this option if your truck is equipped with factory 2 inch rear lift blocks to ensure correct u-bolt length.

Overview

This 6 inch lift kit with 4-Link and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over Conversion is designed for 2011–2016 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD Diesel trucks. The rear lift system retains the factory rear blocks and adds new BDS leaf springs to achieve a level stance. The leaf spring design operates in three stages: the primary three leafs function with no additional load for everyday ride quality; secondary leafs engage under moderate loads; and a bottom overload is engaged when the truck is fully loaded for maximum hauling capacity. This progressive setup maintains ride quality when unloaded without sacrificing payload capacity.

Important Notes

• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear front drive shaft (gas only).
• If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required.
• Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
• If equipped with rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
• U-bolts will not work on dually models.
