This variant uses a Block Kit rear lift configuration paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The cast iron lift blocks are tapered for correct pinion angle, with an offset steel pin to restore axle position and reduce axle wrap. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving for maximum on- and off-road performance.
Overview
This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2011–2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit increases ground clearance, improves stance and capability, and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block or leaf spring option, a u-bolt flip kit for maximum ground clearance, and brake line brackets. Precision-tuned shocks are included in both NX2 Nitro and FOX 2.0 Performance Series configurations.

Important Notes
- Removal of factory block required.
- Rear add-a-leaf is required for models equipped with factory 3-7/8" block for level to tail-high stance. Single add-a-leaf kit #113218 recommended for more level stance. Dual add-a-leaf kit #113209 recommended for tail-high stance. (Add-a-leafs do not apply to rear leaf spring equipped systems.)
- If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required. Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
- If equipped with rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
- U-bolts will not work on dually models.
