Overview
This 6-inch lift kit with 4-link conversion is designed for 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks. The kit provides improved stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, the base kit utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets — with rear leaf springs available as an upgrade for a level stance.
The 4-link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with BDS high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Important Notes
- Removal of the factory block is required.
- Installation of the rear block kit will result in a "pre-runner" look with the rear of the vehicle 2 inches lower than the front. To achieve a level stance, upgrade to the rear leaf spring option.
- These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. Identify which configuration your vehicle has before ordering.
- If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order part #123402 in the options section.
- Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
- U-bolts will not fit dually models.
- Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10-lug wide track F350 models.
