Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2008–2010 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty gas trucks with 4WD. The kit is engineered to improve stance, suspension geometry, and off-road capability, providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets, along with precision-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. The rear of the base kit utilizes either a high-strength steel lift block with longer U-bolts or an optional replacement leaf spring pack, depending on the selected configuration.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the accessories section. Removal of factory block required. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models. U-bolts will not fit dually models. Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10 lug widetrack F350 models.
