Rear lift is achieved via a multi-leaf progressive rear leaf spring upgrade — eliminating the need for a lift block, reducing axle wrap, and creating a more controlled and stable feel while maintaining factory payload weight ratings. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, and application-specific valving for maximum on- and off-road performance.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed to increase ground clearance on 2008–2010 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks, improving stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength lift block or leaf spring upgrade, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of shocks.

Important Notes

If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required. Determine if your truck was manufactured with or without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs before selecting the appropriate rear lift option.
