This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2008–2010 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. The kit provides improved stance, performance, and capability, with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear lift option is available as a block kit (with or without factory overload accommodation) or as replacement leaf springs, paired with your choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
The BDS 4-link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle, and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order part #123402 in the accessories section. Removal of factory block required. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models. U-bolts will not fit dually models. Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10-lug widetrack F350 models.
