This 3-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 1993–1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability. The kit includes everything necessary to properly lift the vehicle and provides clearance for up to 31-inch tires. Up front, the kit features Glide-Ride coil springs, extended sway bar links, and a front track bar bracket to properly center the axle. The rear utilizes matching Glide-Ride coil springs for added height without a harsh ride, along with a rear track bar bracket to level out the Jeep. Vehicles equipped with a V8 engine may not achieve the stated lift height. Measure your front driveshaft before installation: if over 24-1/2 inches, no modifications are required; if between 20 and 24 inches, you may need to change to a Spicer type joint if vibration occurs; if less than 20 inches, a Spicer type joint is required and vibration may still persist.
