Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 6-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength lift components, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of shocks — with multiple rear lift and shock options available.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section. Do not install the 4" rear block kit on vehicles equipped with a factory 3-7/8" rear block. Only use the rear spring option on these vehicles.
