Rear lift is achieved via a 5-inch cast iron block kit configured for trucks without a top-mounted overload spring. Blocks are tapered for correct pinion angle and include a steel offset pin to restore axle position. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, and a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft with application-specific valving.
This 6-inch lift kit with 4-link conversion is designed for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, the kit is available with a choice of lift block configurations, Add-A-Leaf, or replacement leaf springs, paired with your choice of shock absorber.
The 4-link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with BDS high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets, allowing mounting of HD upper and lower control arms. This optimizes suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. The bolt-on design corrects axle positioning and limits caster change throughout wheel travel.
These trucks were manufactured with and without top mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. The kit comes with a single steering stabilizer, but you can upgrade to a dual system in the customize your kit section. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section. Do not install the 4-inch rear block kit on vehicles equipped with a factory 3-7/8-inch rear block. Only use the rear spring option on these vehicles.
