Configured with a steel block rear lift kit for trucks with factory top-mounted overload springs and NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2005–2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks (4WD). The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, it includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear lift option is available in a steel block configuration (with or without factory overload) or as a multi-leaf progressive spring upgrade, paired with your choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
4-Link Conversion: Converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-link system to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Springs: A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
Steering Correction: A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. Removal of O.E. block in the rear is required. Front dual shock hoop requires different cylinders than what comes in the base kit. If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required.
