Rear lift is provided by Replacement Leaf Springs — a multi-leaf progressive design that eliminates any need for a lift block, reduces axle wrap, creates a more controlled and stable feel, and maintains factory payload weight ratings. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston, and application-specific valving.

Overview

This 6-inch lift kit with 4-link conversion is designed for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 gas trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes all components necessary for a complete installation. Up front, the kit features gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit includes high-strength lift blocks (or optional leaf springs), longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets. The 4-link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms using high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets that mount HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. The kit comes with a single steering stabilizer, but you can upgrade to a dual system in the customize your kit section. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section. Do not install the 4-inch rear block kit on vehicles equipped with a factory 3-7/8-inch rear block. Only use the rear spring option on these vehicles.
