This variant includes a 3 Inch Cast Iron Block Kit + Add-A-Leaf (Without Overload) for the rear. The Add-A-Leaf helps freshen up old worn-out factory leaf springs, with blocks tapered for correct pinion angle and new center pins included. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 6-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 gas trucks. The kit provides improved stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, it includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength lift blocks, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks — with rear lift options available in block kits or leaf springs depending on your truck's configuration.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which configuration your vehicle has before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order part #123402 in the options section. Do not install the 4-inch rear block kit on vehicles equipped with a factory 3-7/8-inch rear block. Only use the rear spring option on these vehicles.
