Configured with replacement rear leaf springs and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The multi-leaf progressive design provides a smooth ride, maintains factory payload weight ratings, reduces axle wrap, and creates a more controlled and stable feel — eliminating any need for a lift block. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2005–2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty gas trucks (4WD). It increases ground clearance and provides fitment for tires up to 35 inches. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit is available with either a steel lift block (with longer U-bolts) or replacement leaf springs, paired with your choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which configuration your vehicle has before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order part #123402 from the accessories section. A 5-inch block is included to replace the factory block.
