Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear, this kit delivers maximum on- and off-road performance through a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 1987–1996 Ford F250 TTB 4WD trucks and is built to improve stance, performance, and capability. The kit includes everything necessary for installation and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit features Glide-Ride leaf springs, axle pivot drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm for steering correction, bump stop brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matched set of shocks. Shock options are available in NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series.

BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs with a multi-leaf progressive spring-rate design that provides a smooth ride under any load. This is achieved through an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design that delivers flexibility throughout the suspension cycle while increasing load capacity.

• This system is designed for Twin-Traction Beam (TTB) style suspension only. The kit will not work on front solid axle applications.
