Overview
This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 2005–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon 4WD, improving stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 36-inch tires. BDS engineered new lower control arms are longer than stock to rotate the axle for proper alignment, and a relocation mounting bracket is included to flatten the upper control arm angle and maintain factory handling characteristics. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, all four control arms plus relocation bracket, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, sway bar links, and precision-tuned shocks. Important Notes
- These vehicles were manufactured with two different diameter rear axles. Measure the diameter of your rear axle before ordering — it should be 3-1/2 inches or 4 inches in diameter.
- May require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft at full droop.
- If your truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures approximately 1-1/2 inches to 1-5/8 inches, you will need to add part #BDS082404 to your kit.
