Overview

This 5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the Ford F350 Dually Super Duty (2023–2026) 4WD gas trucks. Built to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to set your dual rear wheel truck up with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit features Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.

Important Notes

  • Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed.
  • Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
  • If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
  • Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm, and sway bar.
  • Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
