Overview

This 5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the Ford F350 Super Duty Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) diesel truck (2023–2026, 4WD). The kit improves stance, ride performance, and off-road capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of shocks.

Important Notes

• Fits dual rear wheel (DRW) F-350 trucks only.
• Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• If the truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to potential interference with the brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
