This variant includes Rear Leaf Springs for the rear lift. The multi-leaf progressive design provides a smooth ride, maintains factory payload weight ratings, corrects pinion angles, reduces axle wrap, and creates a more controlled and stable feel — eliminating any need for a lift block.
Overview
This 7-inch 4-Link lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover conversion from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for tires up to 38 inches. Up front, the kit includes FOX 2.5 coilover shocks and mounting brackets, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. At this lift height, a transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft. Rear components include brake line brackets, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks, with the rear lift option varying by selected variant.
Features
- FOX 2.5 coilover mounts in the factory coil bucket location
- Additional secondary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shock included for maximum performance
- Eibach coil springs for smooth ride through rough terrain
- Heavy-duty 4-Link control arms provide improved handling, stability, strength, and caster control during wheel travel
- Track bar relocation bracket and pitman arm maintain proper steering angles for improved handling
- Fabricated steel blocks provide a level stance from front to rear (Block Kit variant)
- FOX shocks are fully serviceable and resistant to corrosion and harsh environments
- Precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs to clock the transfer case and improve front driveline operating angle
- High-clearance transmission crossmember included for sufficient driveline clearance
4-Link Conversion
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks deliver next-level performance for both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Tuned and ready to install out of the box, these 2.5-inch diameter shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool under demanding conditions. The DSC adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.

Installation
- Estimated Time: 8–10 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Note: Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
Important Notes
- Ford recommends the pitman arm nut be replaced prior to pitman arm installation.
- If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8", UBT4027 (Qty: 4) is required.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 38x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
- SRW Models only: Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center to ensure proper functionality of lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other systems. All charges and expenses from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
