Rear lift provided by a fabricated high-strength lift block with longer u-bolts. Shocks: FOX 2.0 Performance Series — 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, long-lasting clear anodized finish.
Overview
This 7-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks. The kit provides clearance for tires up to 38 inches and includes all components necessary for a complete installation. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs and a high-clearance transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. The rear of the kit is available with either a high-strength fabricated lift block or replacement leaf springs, along with longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.
4-Link Conversion
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with a bolt-on system using high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets. HD upper and lower control arms correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability.
Pro-Ride Coil Springs
Full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are included to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
Transfer Case Indexing
A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs clocks the transfer case to improve the front driveline operating angle and allow use of the factory front driveshaft. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied.
Features

Installation
- Estimated Time: 8–10 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Note: Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
Important Notes
- Ford recommends the pitman arm nut is replaced prior to pitman arm installation.
- If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8", UBT4027 (Qty: 4) is required.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 38x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
- SRW Models only: Recalibration of the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
