Overview
This 5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD gas trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear is lifted using either a high-strength fabricated lift block or leaf springs, along with longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks in your choice of configuration.

Installation
- Estimated Time: 6–8 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Tools Required: Torque wrench (capable of 406 ft-lbs), die grinder, pitman arm puller
Important Notes
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not achieve the full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to potential interference with brake lines, radius arms, and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
- Trucks without top-mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028.
- Fits SRW models only.
- Exhaust modification is required to clear the front driveshaft. The vehicle can be driven without a front driveshaft to an exhaust shop.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This ensures proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions. All charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
