This configuration pairs the Block Kit with Factory Overload rear lift option with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks for enhanced damping performance front and rear. Intended for trucks equipped with factory overload springs. Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
Overview
Upgrade your 2023–2026 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty diesel-powered truck with this 5-inch radius arm lift kit featuring a FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover conversion from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the lift kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next-level performance for both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. A remote reservoir provides additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool under demanding conditions. The DSC adjuster offers 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir for increased cooling efficiency.
HD Radius Arms
In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location, offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, and feature an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
Steering Correction
To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize steering angle. A heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
Features
- FOX 2.5 Coilover mounts in factory coil bucket location
- Adds additional secondary FOX 2.0 shock for maximum performance
- Eibach coil springs for smooth ride through rough terrain
- Heavy duty tubular steel radius arms that correct caster while maximizing ground clearance
- Track bar relocation bracket and pitman arm maintain proper steering angles for improved handling
- Fabricated steel blocks provide level stance from front to rear
- FOX shocks are fully serviceable and resistant to corrosion and harsh environments

Important Notes
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
- Fits SRW models only.
- Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Trucks without top mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center.
- Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
