Rear lift uses a 5 Inch Block Kit With Overload — a high-strength fabricated steel lift block with overload support for maintaining payload ratings and a level stance front to rear.
Equipped with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, external reservoir design separating shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster, and fully serviceable construction. Offers increased off-road capabilities and adjustability for terrain, load, and speed. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Overview
This 5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear of the kit is available in block or leaf spring configurations, each paired with a choice of NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks.
HD Radius Arms: In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies high-strength tubular radius arms that mount into the factory location. These arms offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
Pro-Ride Coil Springs: Full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
Steering Correction: A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with the brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
- Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
- Fits SRW models only.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center.
- Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
