This configuration includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite nitrogen-charged shocks front and rear, providing enhanced damping performance and off-road capability.

Overview

This 5.5-inch lift kit with radius arm from BDS Suspension is designed for 2014–2018 RAM 2500 gas-powered 4WD trucks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.

Important Notes

6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft. 5.7L gas models may require exhaust modification as well. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling the driveshaft.
