Overview

The BDS High Mount Steering Stabilizer Kit is designed for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models running up to 3 inches of lift. Installing larger tires places additional force on suspension components, and this kit works to reduce bump steer and steering wheel feedback. High-strength steel mounting brackets bolt on directly, and when paired with a BDS lift kit, the stabilizer helps extend the service life of factory steering components. The included NX2 Stabilizer features a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for rapid dampening response across a variety of on- and off-road terrain conditions. The 2-inch body incorporates a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft engineered to resist rock chips and corrosion.
