Overview

Enhance the handling of your 2006–2012 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD by installing a BDS single steering stabilizer mounting kit with an NX2 shock. Installing larger tires can exert additional force on your truck's suspension, but steering stabilizer shocks can effectively reduce bump steer and steering wheel feedback. BDS mounting brackets are constructed of high-strength steel and can be easily bolted on. With the installation of a steering stabilizer kit alongside your BDS lift kit, you can extend the lifespan of your factory steering components.

The BDS NX2 Stabilizer features a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, providing fast damping that adapts to varying terrain, whether on- or off-road. The 2-inch bodied shock uses a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft to help resist rock chips and corrosion.
