Overview

Enhance the handling of your 1973–1987 Chevy or GMC truck or 1969–1991 SUV with a BDS dual steering stabilizer mounting kit paired with NX2 shocks. Installing larger tires places additional force on your truck's suspension; steering stabilizer shocks reduce bump steer and steering wheel feedback. BDS mounting brackets are constructed of high-strength steel and bolt on directly. Used alongside a BDS lift kit, this system helps extend the lifespan of factory steering components.

The BDS NX2 Stabilizer features a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for fast damping response across on- and off-road terrain. The 2-inch bodied shocks use a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft to resist rock chips and corrosion.

• End-to-end style design — this dual system will not work on vehicles with 2 inches of lift or less.
• Designed for 3-inch axle tube diameter — some 3/4-ton trucks may have larger axles; measure before ordering.
• Will NOT fit 1-ton trucks.
