Rear lift provided by multi-leaf progressive Eibach coil springs paired with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks. The leaf spring package is designed to provide correct pinion angles, reduce axle wrap, and maintain factory payload weight ratings. The 2.5-inch shocks feature an external reservoir, a 7/8-inch hard chrome plated alloy steel shaft, and the DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Fully serviceable for a lifetime of use; 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Overview

This 5-inch lift kit with 4-Link and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is engineered for diesel-powered Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks (2020–2022, 4WD, SRW). The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. The rear utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block or Eibach leaf springs (depending on selected option), longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of FOX Performance rear shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-link system converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of heavy-duty upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are tuned and ready to install out of the box. These 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool. The DSC adjuster offers 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once the truck is lifted. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
• If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8", UBT4027 (Qty: 4) is required.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
• Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
• Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this recall procedure performed prior to installing the lift.
