BDS 9 Inch (Gas) / 8 Inch (Diesel) 4-Link Lift Kit | Ford F250/F350 Super Duty (2020-2022) 4WD | FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks

Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 9-inch (gas) / 8-inch (diesel) 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2020–2022 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (SRW models only). The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for tires up to 40 inches.

Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and an NX2 steering stabilizer. A transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs and a new high-clearance transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, full replacement Glideride leaf springs with a built-in overload spring deliver the full lift height and increased capacity, complemented by u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to high-strength 1/4-inch steel bracket-mounted HD upper and lower control arms. This bolt-on upgrade corrects axle positioning and limits caster change throughout wheel travel, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

Full-length, gas-specific Pro-Ride dual-rate coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across varied terrain.

Transfer Case Indexing

A precision-built transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs clocks the transfer case to improve the front driveline operating angle. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also included to provide sufficient clearance at this lift height.

Important Notes

• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
• 40x13.50 tires WILL require trimming.
• Transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
• If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add part #123009.
• Indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required.
• Gas models will require exhaust modification due to driveshaft interference.
• Fits SRW models only.
