Rear lift configured as a Block Kit Without Factory Overload — steel lift blocks designed for trucks not equipped with top-mounted overload springs. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving for maximum on- and off-road performance.
Overview
This 6-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 gas-powered 4WD trucks, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires while improving stance, performance, and capability. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific 6-inch Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. The rear utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of shocks.
Features
- 100% bolt-on installation
- Pro-Ride dual rate coil springs for smooth, predictable ride across various terrains
- Heavy-duty tubular steel radius arms that correct caster while maximizing ground clearance
- Track bar relocation bracket and pitman arm maintain proper steering angles for improved handling
- Fabricated steel blocks provide a level stance from front to rear
- Standard NX2 Nitro shocks with vehicle-specific valving for better control
- Available upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for maximum on- and off-road performance
Specifications
- Lift Height: 6 inches

- Radius arms: High-strength tubular steel with caster adjustment and OE-style rubber bushing at frame mount
- Rear lift: High-strength fabricated steel lift blocks with longer U-bolts
- Shocks: Nitrogen charged, custom-tuned; NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series (see variant selection)
- NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, silver powder coat finish
- FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, IFP monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, clear anodized finish
- Rear block material: Steel for high strength
- Designed to maintain correct pinion angles and factory payload weight ratings
Installation
- Estimated Installation Time: 8 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Tools Required: Drill / Bit Set, Pitman Arm Puller
Important Notes
- Removal of the factory block is required.
- Installation of the rear block kit will result in a "pre-runner" look with the rear of the vehicle 2 inches lower than the front. To achieve a level stance, you must upgrade to the rear leaf spring option.
- These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which configuration your vehicle has before ordering.
- If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order part #123402 in the options section.
- Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
- U-bolts will not fit dually models.
- Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10-lug wide track F350 models.
