Overview
This 6-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion is designed for 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks (4WD). The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned secondary FOX 2.0 shocks. The rear of the kit utilizes high-strength lift blocks, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a set of FOX Performance shocks — with an optional rear leaf spring upgrade available.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over
The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on units built for demanding off-road use. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to help keep shocks running cool. The DSC (Dual Speed Control) adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs. The reservoir features a black anodized aluminum finish to increase cooling efficiency. These shocks are tuned and ready to install out of the box.
HD Radius Arms
In place of factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, and service-free operation.

Important Notes
- Removal of the factory block is required.
- Installation of the rear block kit will result in a "pre-runner" look with the rear of the vehicle 2" lower than the front. To achieve a level stance, upgrade to the rear leaf spring option.
- These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which configuration your vehicle has before ordering.
- If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order part #123402 in the options section.
- Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
- U-bolts will not fit dually models.
- Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10-lug wide track F350 models.
