This variant includes a 4 Inch Steel Block Kit with top-mounted overload springs for the rear lift. Select this option if your truck was manufactured with a top-mounted overload spring (an extra leaf sitting above the main leaf pack). Steel blocks are engineered for correct pinion angles and high-strength rear lift.

Overview

This 6-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion is engineered for 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks. Designed to improve stance, on-road comfort, and off-road capability, the kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and secondary FOX 2.0 shocks. In the rear, the base kit utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on units tuned and ready to install out of the box. They feature a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to maintain operating temperatures in demanding terrain. The DSC (Dual Speed Control) adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, and the reservoir uses a black anodized aluminum construction for increased cooling efficiency.

HD Radius Arms

High-strength tubular steel radius arms replace the factory stamped steel units. These arms mount in the factory location, offer caster adjustment across a wide range of lift heights, and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, and service-free operation.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that sits above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section. Do not install the 4-inch rear block kit on vehicles equipped with a factory 3-7/8" rear block. Only use the rear spring option on these vehicles.
