This variant is configured with a steel block rear lift kit for trucks with a top-mounted factory overload spring. The fabricated steel block provides correct pinion angles, eliminates the need for an additional lift block, and reduces axle wrap for a more controlled and stable feel. Select this option if your rear leaf spring pack includes a separate overload leaf mounted above the main pack.
This 4-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2005–2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered 4WD trucks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar drop bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and secondary FOX 2.0 shocks. The rear lift is addressed with a high-strength lift block or optional leaf springs, longer U-bolts, and a matching pair of FOX Performance shocks.
The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on units tuned and ready to install out of the box. They feature a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to maintain consistent damping in rough terrain. The DSC (Dual Speed Control) adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs. The reservoir features a black anodized aluminum construction for increased cooling efficiency.
BDS replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with high-strength tubular steel units. These arms mount in the factory location, offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after lifting, and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that is set above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the accessories section. Does not fit dually models; dually models require custom U-bolts to be made.
