Overview

This 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion is designed for 2011–2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered 4WD trucks. The kit improves stance, on- and off-road performance, and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the lift kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, a high-strength 1-3/8-inch solid steel adjustable track bar for steering correction, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block (configuration dependent), longer U-bolts, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks deliver next-level performance for both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Tuned and ready to install out of the box, these 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to help maintain consistent damping in rough terrain. The DSC (Dual Speed Control) adjuster provides precise tuning with 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, accessible via two adjuster knobs. The black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency.

HD Adjustable Track Bar

The BDS high-strength adjustable track bar maintains proper handling and steering geometry by allowing the front axle to be recentered across a variety of lift heights. Built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel stock, the track bar comes pre-assembled with bushings and bolts directly into the factory mounting points.

Important Notes

• Exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft (gas only)
• Front bumper spacer kit may be required to run 38"x15.50" tires
• Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit (#123406) will be required
• Front driveshaft U-joints may max out at full droop — if so, a new front shaft will be required
• If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required
• U-bolts will not work on dually configurations
• Front auxiliary shocks can be omitted from the kit — the system can be used with the coil-over installed alone
