BDS 6 Inch Lift Kit | 2014 Ford F150 4WD | 4 Inch Block Kit w/ NX2 Nitro Series Shocks

Configured with a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit for a tail-low to level stance, paired with NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 6-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for the 2014 Ford F150 4WD and provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit employs high-clearance, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, a front skid plate, and a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles to correct steering geometry at the new ride height. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts are included to maintain proper on-road handling and ESC system compatibility. In the rear, high-strength cast steel lift blocks and longer u-bolts raise and level the stance, with the choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification and welding.
• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• E-brake bracket required for factory power steps (part #123018).
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. The 4-inch blocks will net a level/tail-low stance. The 5-inch blocks will net a level/tail-high stance.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• This kit is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
