Configured with a 2 Inch Rear Block Kit for a tail-low-to-level stance, paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension offers a 4-inch suspension lift kit for the 2014 Ford F-150 4WD, designed to improve stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability while maintaining proper on-road handling characteristics. The kit accommodates up to 35-inch tires and addresses suspension and steering geometry at the new ride height. Up front, the design incorporates high-arched, 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, a front skid plate, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The rear is lifted and leveled using high-strength cast steel lift blocks and longer U-bolts, with a choice of rear shock options.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification and welding.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60-20 tire.
• E-brake bracket required for factory power steps (part #123018).
• Block kits replace factory 1-1/4-inch block.
• For a level-to-tail low appearance, use #023415 in place of included #023425.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
