Overview
This 4-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2015–2020 Ford F150 2WD trucks, improving stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry to maintain proper on-road handling characteristics.
Up front, the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware are included for a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts lift and level the stance, complemented by your choice of rear shock absorber.

Important Notes
- 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting tires to ensure proper clearance to the BDS steering knuckle.
- 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
- Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
- Requires frame bracket modification.
