Overview
BDS steps up the performance and capability of 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks with this 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The high-clearance design improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling characteristics.
Up front, the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware are included for a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance, complemented by your choice of rear shock absorber.

Important Notes
- 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5 inches total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting tire to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
- 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
- E-brake bracket required for factory power steps (part #123018).
- Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block.
- Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
- Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
